As part of the MONTH OF PERFORMANCE ART 2013, the project aims to explore the thin line between action and passiveness. Determination and acceptation. Discovery and blindness. Action and stillness. Your choice is politics, your mere movement is politics.
Unchain your existence, dirt your hands, find your way. And maybe you’ll find out the only WUNSCH/DESIRE you wish, nobody can give it to you, except you. Today we have no closed cages holding us. The door is always open. Control is thinner, and through mass-media and imposed needs, stands a veil on our eyes.
Repetition is the rhythm of our everyday lives made of daily, unsatisfying and exploiting jobs and an endless list of other endless lies. Are you a victim? Are you powerless?
Hints: Beat fears to go beyond appearances. Seek the vision, the images, the sense between the lines.
Stare in to the windows of a secular oppressing power. Move your hands. REANIMATE.
Like a pendulum moved by a conscious and willing action to look for a never fixed truth always changing.
